This is a project I had been sitting on for several years, and only now finally got around to finishing. Meet Telegram Reader.
The service lets you read public Telegram channels, subscribe to them, and maintain access even if Telegram is blocked — provided that Cloudflare itself remains accessible.
When you first subscribe, an anonymous account is created to store all your channels.
You can save the Account ID in the settings to sync your subscriptions across devices or to avoid losing access.
